1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 3cardone platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3cardone.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 3cardone platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 3cardone will notify registered players of material changes via the contact details on their account.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to 3cardone is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute — there are no exceptions. 3cardone takes underage access seriously and employs age verification processes at registration and at withdrawal stage.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to hold a 3cardone account:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 3cardone employee.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not have a history of self-exclusion on 3cardone or an active exclusion order.

3cardone reserves the right to request proof-of-age documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 3cardone. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, with different personal details, or through proxies — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your 3cardone account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must immediately notify 3cardone customer support if any of your registered details change. 3cardone cannot be held responsible for errors caused by outdated contact information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3cardone login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you. Account registration on 3cardone is free. No fee is charged for creating, verifying, or maintaining an account. The minimum deposit required to activate your account and access real-money gaming is Rs 200.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

3cardone accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• SadaPay — via linked account

Deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit received from an account not registered to the 3cardone account holder will be investigated, and the deposited amount may be returned to the source rather than credited to the gaming wallet.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal from your 3cardone account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in Pakistani Rupees only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification.

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to two business days depending on the receiving bank's processing time. 3cardone does not charge a fee for withdrawals.

Before processing a withdrawal, 3cardone may require identity verification documents if:

• The account has not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds Rs 50,000 in a single transaction.
• Cumulative withdrawals exceed Rs 200,000 within a 30-day period.

Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the 3cardone account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Any active bonus balance that has not completed its wagering requirement must be cleared before the associated deposited amount can be withdrawn.

6Bonuses & Promotions

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 3cardone use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that produces genuinely random outcomes. The RNG systems used are independently tested and certified. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by players, 3cardone staff, or any third party.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is the long-term statistical average — it does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Short-term results can and will vary significantly from the stated RTP. 3cardone publishes the RTP for each game in that game's information panel.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — 3cardone's system logs will be used to determine the game state at the point of interruption. Where a game round was in progress and a result had not yet been determined, the round will be cancelled and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance. Where a result had been determined prior to the technical fault, that result will stand.

3cardone game sessions are logged. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, connection manipulation, or other technical means to obtain an unfair advantage is considered a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

8Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 3cardone covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and other major tournaments), football, kabaddi, and additional sports as made available on the platform from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 3cardone:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — if odds change during the confirmation process, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• The minimum sports bet on 3cardone is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the betslip.
• In-play betting is available on selected events. In-play bets are subject to delays for verification purposes.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed by more than 48 hours, or otherwise not completed under normal conditions, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules that apply to that event type. Typically, bets on the final result of an abandoned match will be voided.
• 3cardone reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to pricing errors. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Accumulator bets include the stake on all selected events. If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the accumulator will be recalculated at reduced odds based on the remaining valid selections.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited on 3cardone and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing limits.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with 3cardone games or the betting platform.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, live dealer tables, or Ludo contests to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, disconnection mechanics, or software bugs for financial gain.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity to deposit on 3cardone. The platform takes anti-money-laundering obligations seriously and reports suspicious transactions as required.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 3cardone customer support staff or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce 3cardone's software, game content, or platform systems.

3cardone monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily suspended during the review process. Players under investigation will be notified via their registered email address within 48 hours of suspension being applied.

10Responsible Gaming

11Account Suspension & Closure

3cardone may suspend or close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• At the player's own request — either as a cooling-off measure or permanent closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Players will be notified by email before a dormant status is applied.

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, 3cardone reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned within 14 business days. If a breach is confirmed, funds directly associated with the breach may be forfeited. All other funds unconnected to the breach will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact 3cardone support by email. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method after standard verification.

12Privacy & Data Protection

3cardone collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the data practices described in the 3cardone Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to that data.

In summary: 3cardone collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the 3cardone platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 3cardone or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3cardone platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 3cardone content without prior written permission. You may not use the 3cardone name, logo, or branding in any context without authorisation.

The game content hosted on 3cardone is licensed from third-party game developers. The intellectual property rights in those games belong to their respective developers. Use of 3cardone does not grant any rights over third-party game content.

14Limitation of Liability

3cardone provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3cardone's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your 3cardone account at the time the claim arises. 3cardone is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the platform.

3cardone is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures that affect your ability to access or use the platform. Where a technical fault on 3cardone's own systems directly causes a financial loss to a player, 3cardone will investigate and, where the fault is confirmed, reimburse the affected amount to the player's wallet.

15Amendments to These Terms

3cardone may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date shown at the top. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 3cardone will notify registered players by email to the address on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 3cardone after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the change without penalty.

Minor updates — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or the addition of new payment methods — may be made without advance notice but will always be reflected in the revised version date on this page.
